We invite you to hit the greens with us for a day of fun, community, and making a meaningful difference! Your participation will help provide vital resources, creating a lasting impact on those who need it most. The Darcy J. Foundation Inc. cordially invites you to our 7th Annual Charity Golf Open, on Friday, July 11, 2025. The Charity Golf Open will be held at the Palatka Golf Club in Palatka, Florida. Your participation will not only be an enjoyable day playing golf with your colleagues and friends, but also will make a meaningful contribution to improving the lives of women, children, and families in local communities.
Welcome to the Charity Golf Open!
We are excited to have you join us for a day of fun, competition, and camaraderie.
Please find below the agenda for the day.
8:00 AM - Registration Opens
- Check-in at the registration desk
- Receive your golf tournament packet (including scorecard, course map, and event details)
- Enjoy a light breakfast (coffee, pastries, and refreshments available)
8:45 AM - Opening Remarks & Welcome
- Brief overview of the event
- Important event information, rules, and safety guidelines will be shared
9:00 AM - Shotgun Start
- Golfers begin play on the course
- Participants will be grouped according to the pre-assigned team or individual pairing
12:30 PM - Lunch (clubhouse)
- Enjoy a delicious mid-day meal provided by our sponsors
- Light snacks and drinks will be available at various course locations throughout the day
1:00 PM - Completion of Round 1
- All players are expected to have completed their rounds by this time
- Please ensure scorecards are submitted promptly
1:30 PM - Awards Ceremony
- Gather at the clubhouse for the awards ceremony
- Prizes for top finishers, longest drive, closest to the pin, and other fun categories
2:00 PM - Event Conclusion
- Thank you for your participation in our Annual Charity Golf Open
